NEW GENERATIONS SERVICE EXCHANGE (NGSE)ITEN

Customizable short-term professional training program for university students and professionals aged 19-30.

    Why participate?

      >  Develop your skills and gain professional experience.

      >  Connect with new business environment and extend your network of personal and professional relationships.

      >  Increase your specialized and cultural skills coming into contact with new working realities.

      >  Cultivate the values of solidarity through active volunteering experiences.

      >  Travel and get to know a new social and cultural reality.

The experience, achieved through the Rotary network, is not for employment or profit purposes (therefore it does not provide for any form of remuneration) but for pure learning and offers the opportunity to enter significant business and professional realities in the Rotary district of destination.

The activity is part of the modern concept of "Job shadowing", that is, to explore the life of an organization from the inside without being an integral part of it.

The candidate will be a guest of the Rotary Club of destination which will be responsible for providing free room and board..
